Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options

Enjoyed three nights in a well-equipped Deluxe Suite. The location was superb, close to restaurants like La Gelateria Frigidarium for the best gelato! A tip for future guests, if you're mostly out, this setup works well. Just be prepared for the shared living atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious room. It was near many attractions, making it easy to explore. I liked having access to a shared kitchen for coffee. Being from Italy, I appreciated the nearby dining options that offered authentic local flavors.

The setup might confuse guests unused to shared spaces. It lacked a reception, making check-in a bit unclear.

The location is perfect for exploring major sights, but the room felt a bit cramped for me. Loved the bike tours option nearby!

We spent an incredible 4 nights in a Deluxe King Room that was spacious and modern. The location couldn't be better—right on Piazza Navona and close to everything! I loved the daily coffee and tea provided in the public area, and the outstanding service from Valeria and Jennifer made our stay unforgettable.

The Deluxe Suite offered a spacious atmosphere with modern decor that was quite comfortable during the stay. The shared kitchen had a decent setup, making it easy to prepare light meals or enjoy a coffee.

The absence of a reception caused confusion upon arrival, with no clear instructions on accessing amenities. The air conditioning remote was missing, leaving the room uncomfortably hot, and when the room was cleaned, the bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water. The jet pool was either dirty or non-functional, which was disappointing, considering it was a key feature of the suite. On top of that, finding dirty footprints on the bed upon arrival was not a great start to the trip, and the dangling hair dryer was poorly mounted and overheated quickly.

No one there upon arrival, no clear info about shared living areas for smaller rooms!!! Lack of a reception might leave some guests feeling abandoned and confused!!!

The room was clean and quiet, and the Queen bed was wonderfully comfortable. I appreciated the help from the staff and the nearby dining options made it easy to enjoy local cuisine.

It was also disappointing to have no one available during check-in, leading to a long wait outside. A better communication system would help prevent such inconveniences. Would consider returning for the great location but would hope for improved cleanliness and service next time.

Dining options nearby are incredible! I stumbled upon La Gelateria Frigidarium for the best gelato ever, and I can't get over how close Ristorante Mamu is for authentic Italian dishes that warm your soul. I also loved how spacious the Deluxe Single Room was and the feeling of privacy in this unique setup.
